Meeting new customers and i am able to get over time by working extra hours at other stores in the area
Mgt sucks, complaining, complaining. rarely ask for imployee input to solve the problems. Rule concerning Id for beer, wine lottery, cigarettes keeps changing. Card everyone, then they tell you 35 and over. Mgt somwetimwes does not even follow thew rules. Co workers think they know it all and dont do know to be team players.
The overtime hours and when GP adds fastbuck or other perks to my loya;lty card.
I like my schedule and how flexible to work with. Very close and family feel with management and coworkers.
I hate they can't offer more in wages. I feel I do a lot more but still make the same as a new or lazy employee. I can't move up cause management already in place isn't going anywhere for a long time, so feel raises or bonuses for longtime employees who help keep the boat a rollin
In the first 6 months I got a couple bonuses for my 90 days and for not missing any days..but they stopped doing those
I thought the Pros for working for GPM was the manager
Cons can treat management better
The customers and coworkers
Just tell the truth and don’t believe everything you hear
More office people

The customers and employees bring the most joy
Not happening
Low company that doesn’t want to fix any of their stores
low pay in my area apparently they think 10 an hr is good pay in the area im in the dm's make the store managers stress out the lack of people on recruitment due to pay being so low they say they can go to mc donalds and wendys and make 2x more
free drinks after you buy or bring a cup in that you have previously bought from them
a paycheck
My coworkers and my customers.
Arm chair management that are poorly train. Managment criticize instead of giving you feedback. Force long shifts to avoid hiring until your burned out and quit. Randomly change policies and not notify anyone until they are wrote up about breaking them.
There are none offered or even hinted too.
All the hours you want.
Horrible work environment!!

Family feeling among employees and regular customers.
Basically everything. From working too many hours for very little pay. Upper management trying to force employees to travel by making it mandatory. BTW it's against labor law. District and regional managers talk down to every employee under them.

Meet some good friends!
The whole job! Horrible management!
Set schedule.
It was close to my house
absolutely everything else. From the crap pay and hours, to the homeless people asleep at the door
The guests are great with the exception of a few
There is no compassion for loyal employees
The guests were my favorite
