GPS Insight CEO and leadership

I am the CEO and CTO of GPS Insight, the industry leader in Fleet Management Solutions. Coming from a technology background, I believe in innovating and love the challenge of finding solutions to difficult problems. I’m passionate about empowering my employees and putting them in a position to both succeed at their current job, while growing professionally.

After working at General Electric for over 20 years, I’ve seen most every type of business from large to small, growing to failing, successful and struggling. I believe that leadership is the most important differentiator between those businesses. Putting together a strong leadership team is the most important task for any executive, and the single biggest predictor of success.

GPS Insight continues to grow at pace of over 25% per year for that last 5 years. I’ve developed a framework for growth, processes that can support the growth, and a culture where everybody buys in to the vision and strategy of what we are trying to accomplish. The quickest way to improve is:

- Create the vision for executive teams and influencers to allow them to focus on the most important priorities

- Hold everyone accountable with the right KPIs and metrics

- Provide transparency and use data to make better decisions faster.

Franklin Vincent is a Chief Financial Officer at GPS Insight and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has worked as Area Business Manager, San Diego & Las Vegas Markets at SPRINT CORP; Business Manager at TransPac Communications; and Principal at Adaptive Management & Financial Consulting. Franklin attended California State University, Northridge between 1988 and 1991 and Arizona State University between 2002 and 2004.

Jason Walker is a Chief Revenue Officer at Bestpass and Chief Revenue Officer at GPS Insight and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has worked as Sales Manager at CELLULAR ONE OF EAST TEXAS; Director, Corporate Sales at The Sage Group; and VP:Sales at iLinc Communications. Jason studied at Terra Linda High School between 1984 and 1988; California State University, Northridge; and UNIVERSITY OF SAN FRANCISCO between 1995 and 1997.

Wayne Holder is a Chief Financial Officer at GPS Insight. He has worked as Controller at GPS Insight and Chief Financial Officer at Arizona Commerce Authority.
