I didn't really prepare at all.

How does your compensation at Grabango compare to the industry average?

I think it's fair, but the ISOs equity is what I really care about.

What's the diversity at Grabango like?

It's a great group of people. Diverse ethnicities, but that part isn't so top of mind until you reflect on it. The team is not segmented into factions like you sometimes see. Just kind people who get along well.

What brings you the most joy at Grabango?

Solving hard problems that matter. No one ever wastes my time here.
