Nice people
Sadly, ads and campaigns make this company seem like a great company to work for. One of the values Grace states is teamwork but there is none at this organization. The culture includes dominating and taunting behavior. Upper management does not seem to value their employees. There's high expectation of perfection, you're expected to be successful without a sense of direction. However, if you make a mistake, you're easily to blame for. There's high turnover because people are let go or leave within a year.
PTO but they don't seem to like when people take time off.
