Working at a fast clip at times.
The equipment is not ergonomic by any means. There is extremely little training. Not enough equipment for all the photographers. Management is atrocious. Pay is nominal. Reliable employees are not shown appreciation. Lots of idle time prior to ceremony. Not enough work for all employees.
Going to different locations.
