MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program. + Two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in an academic library setting. Must have experience cataloging using Alma integrated library system. Demonstrated experience managing course reserves and cataloging is required. Master's degree preferred. + Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, library systems proficiency, ability to handle multiple tasks are all essential. + Knowledge of and experience in meeting the research needs of students and faculty in a variety of subject areas; self-motivation; flexibility; strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills; initiative and ability to conceive and carry out projects on a deadline, including managing multiple responsibilities and effectively responding to the needs of a campus community that makes heavy demands on library services; ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
