Bold's Teaching Fellowship Program is a highly-selective, school-based training program that empowers aspiring teachers with the training, skills, and experiences needed to become highly effective teachers. To provide assistance to the IT Networking Department in supporting students and system users by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
Assist with Network Setup and Configuration: Participate in the setup and configuration of network devices such as switches, uninterrupted power supplies, and access points.
Troubleshoot Network Issues: Diagnose and resolve network problems by assisting in troubleshooting activities.
Network Monitoring and Analysis: Learn and use network monitoring tools to observe network traffic, performance metrics, and security events.
Assist with Network Security Measures: Participate in implementing and maintaining network security measures, such as network access controls.
Perform Documentation and Reporting: Assist in documenting network configurations, procedures, and incidents.
Education
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is required, with preferred education including completion of a relevant degree program such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
