Role Mission
The RMP teaching fellowship provides a Master of Arts in Teaching program at the Relay Graduate School of Education, as well as on-the-job experience and training leading to Colorado teacher certification.
In this role, you will...
Invest time and energy in the Master's program at Relay GSE to deeply internalize the course material
Collaborate with your lead teacher to create a strong classroom culture where scholars can learn, grow, and thrive through predictable routines, structures, proactive and restorative practices

ECE Teacher Assistant Responsibilities: ECE Assistant teachers collaborate with their ECE classroom lead teachers to provide a rigorous and yet supportive curriculum for every student in their grade level. Assistant teachers may be expected to meet with their team to co-plan their lessons and may also be expected to meet with special education or interventionist teachers to further support all students. Assistant teachers are also responsible for supporting the teaching of the REACH program, writing, Social Studies and Science to their assigned groups. Assistant teachers are expected to support the entering of attendance each day into IC and to help with entering grades into the school learning management system based on standards aligned assessments as requested by their teacher. You'll be instrumental in transforming unstructured or semi-structured data into high-integrity, queryable databases that support machine learning models, visual analytics, and advanced simulations.
Responsibilities
+ Ingest, clean, and validate diverse datasets from internal and external sources (e.g., CSVs, spreadsheets, Text Files and SQL dumps)
+ Design and assemble structured, high-quality relational databases
+ Collaborate with domain scientists and software engineers to understand data contexts and ensure correct integration into the Sienna Platform
+ Document data provenance, validation logic, and database design decisions
+ Write reusable scripts for data transformation and validation (preferably in Python or similar languages)
+ Contribute to internal Git repositories and maintain clean, reproducible codebases

**Job Description**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Power System Stability Analysis Engineer to join our team in a cutting-edge project focused on the stability analysis of power systems with a high penetration of Inverter-Based Resources (IBRs). As IBRs become increasingly prevalent, their integration into power grids presents unique challenges in grid stability, oscillation detection, and control. This project involves analyzing and interpreting real-time data from over 100 Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) installed across the system to identify grid disturbances, detect oscillations, and assess system strength.
Job Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
+ Analyzing PMU data (from more than 100 PMUs) to monitor power system stability and detect grid disturbances
+ Create visualizations of grid strength and stability based on PMU Data such as heat maps of grid inertia, voltage profile, equivalent short circuit ratio etc.
+ Develop techniques that will improve the resilience and reliability of future power grids, particularly in systems dominated by IBRs
+ Produce detailed reports on oscillation detection, system strength assessment, and grid stability findings
+ Provide recommendations for mitigating potential stability risks
+ Collaborate with power system engineers, control experts, and software developers to refine system models, improve analysis techniques, and support operational decision-making
+ Contribute towards technical documentation and the generation of research papers

+ Demonstrated proficiency in python programming or other major programming language
+ Demonstrated experience in power system simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/SIMULINK/PSCAD)
