The Pre-College Summer Academy (PCSA) gives rising high school juniors and seniors, as well as incoming college freshmen, the opportunity to experience an immersive, multifaceted introduction to college life.
The program is growing, and we are seeking a Graduate Assistant (GA) to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Academy. This position spans research, communication, professional development, program planning, budgeting, and team management.
Requirements:
10% Communications & Customer Service:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families.
* Ensure all inquiries receive a clear and timely response (within one business day).
30% Planning & Budgeting:
* Design the overall program schedule, including:
* Off-campus excursions and travel
