Strong written direction following and technology skills. We need regular email checking, use of Google Calendar, Sheets and Documents. Texting is helpful, but primary job communication is via email.
Preferences:
Well rounded science background/understanding. If you did well in high school chemistry, biology, physics, astronomy and geology or have some college experience in these fields, this is a great job for you.
Experience teaching or working with children. This position can be great for stay at home moms, part time teachers or day-care providers. High schoolers with experience babysitting could make great classroom assistants.

- Generate post-match reports that highlight any issues related to capturing scores or other observations.

- Successful completion of comprehensive training before live game reporting (usually 5 to 10 hours), with direct mentorship from an experienced trainer.

Primary Responsibilities:
Coach the men's and women's jumps group, specifically horizontal (long jump, triple jump} and vertical (high jump) events. Pole vault is not included.
Assist in daily practice planning, implementation, and technical development of athletes within the jumps group.
Provide meet-day support including event coaching, athlete preparation, and competition management. Collaborate with the head coach and full-time staff in the execution of program objectives.
Actively assist with recruiting efforts including identifying prospective student-athletes, maintaining communication, and coordinating campus visits.
Assist in administrative tasks such as equipment inventory, travel planning, compliance documentation, and academic monitoring.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Teaching assistants will be expected to follow the teaching plan established by your course faculty. Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Create summary & individualized result farm carbon footprinting reports for farmer facing audience.
* Support Stonyfield direct supply farms with adoption of climate smart agricultural practices across one or more strategic areas of action. This could also include conducting soil sampling to help expand the baseline data on soil carbon levels for Stonyfield direct supply farms.

Many modern computing tasks benefit from coordinating processing across multiple systems. Distributed platforms enable a vast range of services including cloud storage, media streaming, remote sensing, the Internet of Things, federated learning, and swarm robotics. This course introduces the key principles and challenges involved in designing and implementing distributed systems. Students are introduced to computer networking, concurrent programming, distributed architectures and algorithms, and system analysis. Frequent programming exercises, laboratories, and case studies develop student proficiency with these concepts that are then applied in a term-long, hardware-centric team project.
Applicants to this TA position should have:
* Significant programming and software system design experience

Overview of TA responsibilities:

Instructional Support (70%)
* In collaboration with course faculty, grade course assignments and provide feedback to students.
* In collaboration with course faculty, provide content help or tutoring to students.
* Attend live course sessions, answer student questions during live sessions in the chat, and facilitate portions of the live sessions.
* Facilitate live TA help sessions to support student progress on assignments and group projects
* In collaboration with course faculty, create student teams for group projects.
* Update or re-allocate student teams as needed.
Course Communication (10%)
* Actively monitor and respond to discussion forum questions in a timely manner.
* Create threads during the live course to spark discussion in the discussion forums.
* Review any reported inappropriate activity in discussion forums that needs review against academic integrity policy and take action in accordance with Dartmouth College policies.
* Send course announcements.
Course Administration (10%)
* Launch live events in the course on the Coursera platform and post the recordings afterwards.
* Help with scheduling live events in the course.
* In collaboration with the Online Education Academic Program Manager, apply item setting exceptions in-course for approved program-level student accommodations.
* In collaboration with course faculty, consider course-level student accommodation requests (including extensions, emergency absences, etc) and apply item setting exceptions for approved course-level student accommodations.
Technical Support (10%)
* Troubleshoot and escalate student technical issues.
* Report course content or settings corrections in the live course.

Major responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
On and Off campus recruiting of qualified student athletes
Assist with Fundraising activities
Assist with practice planning and implementation
Monitoring of academics and study halls
Assist with team travel and game day operations, as well as scheduling, organizing, and general office work
Team Social Media/Video program
Adherence to all NCAA rules and regulations
Qualifications:
Successful admission in an FPU Graduate Program
Bachelor's degree required
Previous coaching experience and/or successful NCAA playing experience preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
