The graduate assistant will support all aspects of the Track & Field program, with hands-on experience in both day-to-day operations and coaching responsibilities. This role reports directly to the Head Cross Country/Track & Field Coach and serves as an integral part of a NAIA athletic program. Assist with administrative tasks, academic monitoring, and potentially social media content. Help facilitate a team environment that promotes athletic, academic, and personal excellence.
