KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Interest in hotel operations and a passion for hospitality. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. * Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.); experience with hotel management systems is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
