Develop new coverage layers and collect, review, and input data into the GIS (Geographical Information System) at Presque Isle State Park. Work will include the operation of iPads utilizing the Collector App to collect data on treatment areas, infrastructures and boundaries of geographic features of the park complex. Assist in planning and implementation of the invasive plant species control project. This involves removal of various invasive plants through mechanical means and/or chemical treatment. Work efforts and results are to be documented as part of an on-going remedial plan of preserving native plant diversity in the park complex.
