CLINICAL COMPETENCE: * The pharmacy intern will demonstrate knowledge of clinical pharmacy and apply this knowledge when staffing in the pharmacy. * All clinical activities will be performed under the direct supervision of a pharmacist and as appropriate to the intern's level of education and experience. * Clinical activities include those described in the Legacy Intern Manual and may be site specific. ESSENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Student Intern can expect to work in a diverse, clinical setting with clients that are experiencing a variety of hardships. At the beginning of the internship, the Student Intern will receive and complete required/assigned training as well as a site-specific orientation.
