Skills Required Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects. Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with Clients/Owners, Subcontractors, Vendors, and other third parties. Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Strong work ethic and high degree of professionalism. Ability to maintain project schedules, budgets, job cost, and identify discrepancies.
