The Intern, Clinical Services assists Therapist Staff with individual, group and family therapy with clients. Assists Occupational Therapists with initial assessments, treatment planning, ongoing case management, discharge planning and aftercare development on cases. Assist the Occupational Therapists with documentation of treatment interventions and results in case records on a timely basis. Assists with the appropriate and ongoing training of direct care staff working with assigned team(s). Participates in child and family team meetings and coordinates ongoing treatment on assigned teams. Participate on committees and in professional meetings as necessary for the overall development and function of the program.
