Compensation: High School Student Intern - $14.00 per hour College Student Intern - $16.00 per hour Essential Functions Assists field geologist with data collection activities at core sites including describing lithology from core samples, setting up packer tests, collecting aquifer and water quality samples, and setting up and monitoring aquifer tests Assists with entering data into databases and spreadsheets. Reviews qualitative data of all information incorporated into the database and edits necessary image and text files Assists with data entry by reviewing all qualitative information and metadata incorporated into databases and editing necessary image and text files. Utilizes several GIS-related (i.e., ESRI) product to assist with creating maps, shapefiles, web viewers, field forms, etc..
