The Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology is seeking a highly motivated and independent research assistant to join the laboratory of Dr. Andrea Gonzales to support ongoing investigations into the role of Th2 cytokines in atopic dermatitis across companion animals and humans. An emphasis on understanding neuro-immune interactions to identify molecular mechanisms underlying atopic disease is also a focus in the hopes of identifying novel therapeutic targets in companion animals and humans. GROOMER Overview/Description: A Groomer contributes to Pet Supplies Plus' vision of America's Favorite Neighborhood Pet Store by grooming pets and providing other services such as bathing/brushing, ear and teeth cleaning, or nail trims. This role works closely with the grooming team to develop new relationships in the community.
