Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a applied scientists and engineers to transition science solutions into production codebases. - Write high quality production-ready code; refactor, optimize and scale existing code. - Identify new opportunities for engineering improvements; actively contribute to improving existing infrastructure and development practices. - Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and developments in engineering for AI. Qualifications and Experience: - MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in AI/Generative AI/Machine Learning in an industry setting - Hands-on development experience and a history of transitioning science solutions into successfully deployed products - Deep understanding of state-of-the-art AI models for structured and unstructured data and their engineering implementations - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication skills and a flexible, collaborative mindset. - Excellent coding skills (Python, SQL, C/C++); familiarity with vLLM, Tensor-RT, DeepSpeed, and similar frameworks.
