The Augsburg University PsyD program is seeking a GraduateAssistant to support the HRSA Graduate Psychology Education (GPE) grant.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and executing events related to the GPE grant
Coordinate logistics and maintain communication with partner sites
Assist with writing IRB protocols
Support data collection and management activities
Collaborate with faculty and staff involved in grant activities
Position Details
Hours: 5-10 hours per week with some flexibility in schedule; must be able to attend occasional evening and noon hour events with advanced notice.

The QFP includes a significant training and professional development component. The program provides experience in a variety of quantitative topics such as stress test modeling, analyzing financial institution portfolios, and model risk management and validation. Program participants who successfully complete the two-year rotation will have the potential to be placed in a full-time quantitative role within the Federal Reserve System.
Required Qualifications:
The QFP is seeking a combination of strong quantitative skills, strategic and creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new and changing regulatory and financial industry environments.
A graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, engineering, mathematics, quantitative finance, statistics, or data science
An excellent academic record
Experience programming in languages such as Matlab, Python, R, SAS, or Stata
Ability to manage and analyze large data sets
Experience in developing or validating mathematical or statistical models
Ability to present technical issues to nontechnical audiences and to clearly articulate findings verbally and in writing

Purpose of Position:
The ResearchAssistant (RA) works to serve as an integral member of the clinical research team by assisting with research conduct for a designated research program, providing back-up to other areas as assigned. The person in this role will participate in study conduct activities including, but not limited to, screening, recruitment, data collection, data collection tool design, and data entry. This will be done under the direction of the principal investigator, Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Supervisor of Research Operations.
