* Documented contributions to university and community service, reflecting leadership, collaboration, and strategic impact.
* Eligibility for tenure, meeting all institutional criteria required for appointment at the rank of Full Professor.
* License to practice in their related field.

Preferred Qualifications
* Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited university is preferred.
* A unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Texas.
* A distinguished record of scholarly productivity, including peer-reviewed publications, presentations, and sustained extramurally funded research (example: NIH, HRSA, foundations).
* Proven leadership experience in academic or health care setting.
* Proven ability to mentor faculty and graduate students in research and evidence-based practice
