Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Majors in Psychology) and graduate programs (i.e., PhD in Behavioral Sciences, Clinical Psychology, and Counseling Psychology). Our Clinical and Counseling programs are APA accredited. The UNT Department of Psychology includes ~35 faculty members, over 3,000 undergraduate majors and approximately 110 graduate students. Position Overview The post-bacculreate hourly research assistant will be hired up to 8 hours per week. Responsibilities include attending research meetings, contributing to academic projects and writing (e.g., annotated bibliographies), and administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling lab meetings, sending calendar invitations). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology Knowledge, Skills and Abilities The post-bacculreate hourly research assistant position requires knowledge of relevant scholarly topics (e.g., multicultural psychology), skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint and SPSS, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with others.
