Role Overview
The HR Business Partner will be part of Legend's global HR organization, reporting into the HR Business Partner Head for respective Business Units. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders to drive business success through people-focused solutions. This individual will focus on talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, employee experience, change management and advancing people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support Legend's strategic objective and growth trajectory
Translate business needs into HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
Identify critical capabilities and lead initiatives to build a future-ready workforce.
Provide guidance to leaders on HR matters, including talent management, organizational design, and change management
Leverage data insights to support workforce planning, and identify trends, inform decision-making, and track HR metrics
Be the first point of escalation for leaders on people related topics, providing expert advice, guidance and support (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)
Collaborate with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition teams to execute talent strategy, focusing on developing internal talents, and succession planning for key positions
Partner with other HR Business Partners and HR CoEs to lead change management initiatives in support of transformation and growth initiatives.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR COE's to develop HR-related solutions, programs and policies and measure effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisitions and other functions on strategies to attract, develop and retain top talent.
Mitigate organizational risk through proactive employee relations, conflict resolution and policy management.

Requirements

The Center for Health Services Research (CHSR) of the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research, a unit of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS), invites applications from Health Services Researchers with health care delivery and/or policy research experience or training for faculty positions within a multidisciplinary research group with a strong program of studies on the use and outcomes of health services, with particular strength in research on Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries; behavioral health services research; substance use, treatment and outcomes; and mental health treatment for children, the elderly, and those with severe mental illness. Research resources include extensive health services data on hundreds of millions of individuals covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. We are seeking exceptional researchers at all career states (Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate or Full Professor) who are dedicated to developing or maintaining strong programs of funded research, have a commitment to collaborative work, and show the ability to be leaders in health services and policy research. Faculty candidates must have a strong interest in building a health services or policy research portfolio working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary group of social scientists, policy scholars and clinicians. Job Overview
The summer intern will have the opportunity to work on strategy and projects to demonstrate value of an oncology product approaching launch. They will gain exposure to HEOR, RWE and Medical Affairs teams at Genmab and will learn how HEOR can inform drug development and market access preparations at global and local level.
What You'll Do
* Conduct literature search/review re: unmet needs, treatment guidelines, impact of treatment on clinical, economic, patient reported outcomes.
* Lead HEOR research projects providing input on study design, data analysis and results
* Develop/Present (power point slides) on research-related topics to an extended or cross-functional team
* Assist in preparations for medical planning and launch planning as appropriate
* Assist in preparations for early scientific advice as appropriate.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
* PhD student who has completed course work towards a PhD degree in Epidemiology, Economics, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Policy or a closely related area.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate key insights into strategy / tactics
* Organized and detail-oriented

* Proficiency in SAS/R Programming and experience in working with claims and electronic health record datasets

Your key responsibilities
* Conduct lab experiments in the Formulations & Material Science labs on flavor/fragrance/nutrient delivery technologies.
* Organize collected data in clean way that is suitable for data analysis.
* Record and maintain a laboratory notebook and follow all laboratory safety protocols.
* Prepare a short research report that could serve as a start to an internal research report.
* Prepare and present your work during team meetings and a final presentation to the entire Formulations & Material Science team.

You Bring
* Currently working on completion of a bachelor's degree in Food Science/Chemistry/Materials Science or related field.
* Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.

Teaching Assistant 12 Months, Grant-Funded
The Kean University Child Care and Development Center is a nationally accredited child care center inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, a philosophy that emphasizes hands-on discovery-based learning. The Teacher's primary role is to reach every learner by respecting their learning process and guiding their interests through engaging learning experiences and interactions.
Under the supervision of the Director, the Teaching Assistant is responsible for assisting the classroom Teacher in planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate, child-centered program of activities that promotes the social-emotional, cognitive and physical development of each child through exploration and discovery. All practices must be consistent with guidelines put forth by the Kean University Child Care and Development Center, College of Education and NJ Preschool Teaching & Learning Standards.
This position requires a regular schedule of afternoon and evening hours, with flexibility in schedule required as needed. This is a grant funded position through the Child Care Access Means Parents in Schools (CCAMPIS) Grant. Continued employment is contingent upon continued grant funding.
This position is based at the Kean Child Care and Development Center located on the Union, New Jersey, Kean University campus.
Qualifications: Experience working with young children and families in a childcare/school or educational setting is required. Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and a Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) check, as well as subsequent checks per licensing requirements is also required. Candidate must have the ability to use a computer with basic proficiency and have strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include: an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; minimum of 1-2-years of classroom teaching experience and experience with children with special needs; and current Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate with a Preschool or Infant/Toddler Endorsement.
In addition to undergoing a pre-employment physical and successfully completing background screening checks, this position also has physical requirements. These include: the ability to constantly move, stand, sit, bend and kneel for short and long periods of time, hand dexterity and the ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds; ability to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear to ensure children's health and safety and engage in physical activities with children; and the ability to work indoors and outdoors.
The selected candidate will be required to pass a four (4) month Working Test Period.
