Utilize models employing 1D and 3D methods to ensure comprehensive engine-out and tailpipe emissions analysis and assessment of compliance. Perform functional validation and correlation of high-fidelity vehicle and propulsion system models against physical test data, ensuring accuracy and reliability across steady-state and transient operating conditions. Lead and execute large-scale attribute optimization studies leveraging HPC/cloud environments to balance system performance objectives over regulatory cycles and representative real-world customer driving profiles. Develop intuitive dashboards and reports to effectively visualize and communicate complex simulation results and real-world data insights to engineering teams and stakeholders. Collaborate extensively with propulsion systems controls and calibration engineering teams, as well as other cross-functional teams (thermal, climate, etc.) to influence design decisions by providing simulation-based analysis and insights.
