A 50% research scientist position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Shuo Chen. The Chen Lab studies the circuit and molecular mechanisms of learning and memory in healthy and disease brains. The lab also develops novel technologies to record and manipulate neuronal activities. The successful candidate will lead projects integrating in vivo electrophysiology, in vitro electrophysiology, calcium imaging, animal behavior, omics, and computational modeling to dissect how circuit- and molecular-level processes give rise to complex behaviors and memory functions.
