Staff Expectations
All summer staff will be expected to attend a one (1) hour planning session prior to the end of the school year.

Professional staff will be expected to develop their schedules and have them completed by June 5, 2026, so they can be shared with families before the end of the school year. Staff will need to communicate schedules to families at this time.
To ensure consistency of programming and coverage, it is preferred but not required that all teachers and TAs commit to working the full 5 weeks and use the scheduled vacation week for time off. Our college students, referred to as Social Innovation Fellows, build skills and a professional network that helps to position them to become the next generation of problem solvers for humanitys tough challenges.
