As a Graduate Assistant in the Office of the Provost, the student in this position will be the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and must positively portray a professional demeanor. The Graduate Assistant will provide executive level administrative support to the Office of the Provost, respond to a wide variety of situations in a timely manner, and represent the office in the highest professional manner. Copies and distributes correspondence (both on paper and via electronic means) including requests requiring the provost's authorization. Works with the Office of the Provost support team to maintain a large complex record filing system. Accurately files documents for future retrieval. Responsible for ensuring the integrity of all associated records. Assist with administrative support such as making copies, organizing various confidential documents, and data entry.
