Duties may include but are not limited to: * Assisting with the annual convention (preparation, logistics, set-up/breakdown, operations, and possibly coordinating other staffers), * General office work (e.g. database management, inventory tracking, filing, organization), * Social Media posting, * Researching and gathering information to support executive decision-making (e.g. tracking and organizing documents and information, research new vendors or products, etc.), * General communication between the association and its members and officers or board of directors, * Preparing content for the newsletter (including researching, writing, editing, and coordinating with contributors), * Other special projects and duties as assigned. The ECE department is soliciting applications for a Graduate Assistant position for 26/SP in the fields of electrical engineering. This GA will support ECE's efforts to improve ECE's research infrastructure, outreach and recruitment capabilities, and outcomes of outreach & recruitment activities. Duties will include, but not be limited to, development of technology-based research & outreach platforms and preparing & conducting outreach activities under ECE chairperson's supervision. This appointment is for 26/SP.
