+ Supporting trainees in the classroom including reading their recipe, reminding them of the learning in the baking demonstration, supporting with frustrations when something goes wrong, offering 1:1 support if a trainee is upset, communicating with the Progression Support Work team if needed.
+ Preparing the lunch for the trainees, setting up the lunch table, serving the food, and tidying away afterward.
+ After training, supporting with preparing the classroom for the following day including putting ingredients away, washing up, cleaning workstations and attending team debrief.
* Helping to facilitate a high standard of learning and professionalism in the training room

**Position Summary:**
The **Teacher Assistant (TA)** is responsible for supporting students' school success by working collaboratively with building educators.
