As the region's premier level I trauma center, our Marcus Trauma Center has specially trained surgical teams here and ready 24/7. Our services also include best in class burn and stroke care. The Marcus Stroke Center treats patients from across Georgia and from more than 60 referring facilities. Grady is part of an elite group of national providers recognized with the Comprehensive Stroke Center Certification from The Joint Commission. Our American Burn Association verified burn center oversees care for more than 500 patients each year and provides the majority of the pediatric burn care in all of Georgia.
