The Data Integrity Specialist II maintains the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the electronic master patient index (EMPI) and of the electronic health record (EPIC). Provides oversight and expertise to all sites and affiliates as it relates to the EMPI and data integrity of the electronic medical record (EPIC). This position is responsible for the EMPI maintenance and facilitation of Chart Correction functions, for all Emory Healthcare clinical entities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manages and executes chart correction tasks within specific internal tools such as epic, including correcting scanned documents, patient updates, demographic updates, patient contact moves and reconciliation of patient information.
* Coordinates with multidisciplinary team in identification and resolution of urgent erroneous admission (overlay) scenarios such as EPIC Patient Identity Tasks.
* This includes providing direction to multiple stakeholders about what steps to take with medical record documentation to ensure patient safety, reviewing and confirming corrections made by clinical users, and ensuring that down-stream systems receive the necessary updates.
* Monitors and replies to all communication sent to Chart Correction team in-basket and Service Now queue.

* Document outcomes of the chart correction process according to organizational policies.

The Manager will play a crucial role in staff orientation and training, performance management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the department. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, or other health-related field and two years of work experience related to health and well-being or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
+ Master's degree preferred. One or more health-related certifications are strongly preferred (i.e., well-being, personal trainer, dietitian, nutrition, etc.).
+ Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
+ Experience working with incentive programs and/or a vendor platform preferred.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems is desirable.

Job Summary: The Spiritual Health Intern Unpaid is an educational program to achieve one unit of education towards the four total units of education towards Chaplain certification as credentialed by the Associate of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE). Participates and observes in continuous collaboration with educator, team members and other health care professionals to promote environment of care, healing and professional development. 3.
