Key Responsibilities:

Community Assistants serve as ambassadors for the community, providing excellent service to residents and prospective residents alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents and prospective residents in a courteous, professional manner.
Conduct property tours, highlight community features, and promote leasing opportunities to prospects.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Assist in planning, promoting, and hosting resident events and community activities.
Perform routine property walks to ensure the community maintains excellent curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety.
Support the leasing team by preparing marketing materials, posting advertisements, and engaging on social media.
Help with move-in/move-out processes and prepare welcome packets for new residents.
Report maintenance issues and ensure service requests are promptly addressed.
Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Leasing Manager.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive, outgoing, and customer-service oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Basic computer skills; experience with property management software (e.g., Entrata, Yardi) is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; current enrollment in college/university preferred (especially for student housing).
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements for all scribe openings:
Minimum Age: 19 years old
Commitment: Minimum 2-3 shifts per week, about 20 hours per week for 1 year
Transportation: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
Typing skills: Minimum 60 words per minute.
Technological Requirements: Computer: Reliable laptop computer with a minimum of Windows 10/11, mac OS Catalina or later, 8GB minimum, 256GB SSD minimum, High-definition webcam for video calls and remote consultations. Also helpful for clinical shifts where pre-charting is involved and for an option on-site (staff is expected to take responsibility for all personal items).
Minimum Internet Connectivity: Minimum broadband speed of 25 Mbps for smooth operation and data transmission.
Education: College-level biology, anatomy, and/or medical terminology preferred.
Experience: Exposure to clinical environment preferred, but not required.
Personality: Motivated, eager to learn, customer-oriented, flexible.
