Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the Museum's mission, strategy, and goals by providing exceptional hospitality and visitor experiences to all individuals and groups visiting the museum. The Visitor Services Representative sells admissions and Museum Store merchandise, answers questions, and provides visitors access to amenities. The ideal candidate will possess an optimistic, welcoming attitude and strong attention to detail, communication, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other museum staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Facilitate Museum admissions and assist customers with Museum Store purchases.
* Support merchandising activities including restocking, organizing inventory, and processing incoming orders.
* Process online admissions and store inventory.
* Assist in opening and closing the museum, following set procedures.
* Welcome Museum visitors and provide a friendly and inviting presence to the Museum.
* Answer visitors' questions about the collection and provide general museum guidance.
* Maintain work areas clean and orderly, including front desk, public spaces, interactives and surfaces of gallery cases, and volunteer spaces.
* Preserve visitor safety as well as Museum Store and gallery security.
* Other duties as assigned.
Shift
This is a part-time, non-benefit-eligible position.
The Visitor Services Representative will be working 21 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with some occasional evenings. The preferred schedule is Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Schedule subject to change.
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
* Two years of experience with cash handling, retail, or customer service preferred.
* Ability to operate a PC to process Point of Sale (Clover) transactions and use standard Windows-based software programs, such as Microsoft Office.
* Must be comfortable with public speaking and have an interest in cultural and educational organizations.
Anticipated Hiring Range
$15.00 - $16.50 per hour commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.

Job Summary
The Assistant Golf Professional supports daily golf operations at the club. This position assists Pro Shop activities and coordinating golf-related services to enhance the member and guest experience. The Assistant Golf Professional is dedicated to promoting the game of golf while ensuring that operations align with company policies and operational standards. This role requires a proactive approach to staff training and development, effective merchandising strategies, and exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for all members.
Reporting Structure
* Reports to the Head Golf Professional
Day to Day
* Engage with members through golf events, personalized interactions and promotion of golf programs. Participate in rounds of golf as needed to support player development initiatives.
* Support the cleanliness and organization of all outside areas, including staging zones, practice ranges and golf cart storage, ensuring a well-maintained environment.
* Contribute to the success of golf activities by coordinating, promoting and managing tournaments and special golf-related events.
* Assist in managing the handicap program, pro-shop operations and practice facilities to deliver seamless and efficient service for all members.
* Provide guidance to golf attendants, pro-shop personnel and outside services staff on customer service excellence, tee time management, check-in procedures and guest fee processing.
* Maintain consistency in operational procedures, including standards for staging areas, driving range setup and golf cart storage.
* Support the promotion of golf clinics, private lessons and specialized programs for adults, juniors and seniors, fostering high member satisfaction and alignment with club standards.
* Assist with budgeting, inventory planning and control by providing staff with guidance on inventory procedures, maintaining adequate stock levels, and overseeing product display, pricing strategies and promotions to drive ales and meet member needs.
Additional Duties
* Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

PURPOSE OF JOB: The Head Girls Flag Football Coach is responsible for all coaching related activities for the Girls Flag Football team(s), developing and sustaining a successful program with a strong emphasis in academic achievement, skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and character development with a high degree of discipline. Girls Flag Football is a new program, so expectations will be appropriate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow and maintain knowledge of all KCPS, NFL and MSHAA supported rules regulation and guidelines governing the sport of Girls Flag Football
Plans, organizes, and conducts tryouts.
Monitors academic progress of participants and ensures they attend necessary study tables for academic success.
Oversee the upkeep & care of all inventories including wash and care for uniforms and equipment maintenance.
Creates a safe environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of student-athletes.
Ensures the rules and regulations of conduct and eligibility of student-athletes are effectively communicated and followed throughout the year.
Develops relationships with KCPS middle schools to ensure development in order to promote your high school program, Middle School Clinics.
Interacts thoughtfully and respectfully with students, parents, fellow coaches, school personnel, and officials and resolves conflicts in a professional manner.
Professionally represents the school, KCPS, and MHSAA in interactions with students, parents, the community, staff, and the media.
Attends at all KCPS and MHSAA Girls Flag Football coaches' meetings and adherence meetings regarding rules and regulations of the sport of Girls Flag Football.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be familiar with Missouri High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) and National Federal of State High School Associations (NFHS) rules concerning the sport of Girls Flag Football.
Some sports coaching and/or playing experience.
MHSAA and NFHS Coaching Certification preferred (can be completed after the hire).
Preferred candidate will work in the school.
Keyboarding, written, and verbal skills needed.
