    Non-CDL Box Truck Delivery Driver We are seeking a highly motivated Appliance Delivery and Install Associate with a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. While previous experience in appliance delivery and installation is preferred, we welcome candidates who may not have specific experience in this field but are eager to learn and have a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery, installation, and setup of high-end appliances in our customers' homes. Your commitment to customer satisfaction, adaptability, and mechanical skills will be key in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with an associate to safely load, transport, and unload appliances to customers' homes, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. Drive a 26-foot box truck to deliver appliances to customer locations. Install and set up appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and more, following manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure appliances are in optimal working condition before leaving the customer's premises. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring customers are comfortable with their new appliances. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or complications during installation, displaying strong mechanical aptitude. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and service performed. Collaborate with the customer service team to schedule appointments and ensure timely deliveries. Keep the delivery vehicle well-maintained, clean, and organized. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or mechanical education or certifications preferred. Previous experience in appliance installation and delivery is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and adapt to this role. Strong mechanical background and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to different situations and customer needs. Physically capable of lifting heavy appliances and performing installation tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of company safety protocols and procedures. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
