Provides quality customer service at all times. Responsible for receiving merchandise, unloading or unpacking it, marking it with codes to be identified and stocking shelves. May involve heaving lifting. Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain clean floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors. Clean, sanitize and restock all supplies in all restroom facilities. Empty all trash cans, replace liners and maintain clean receptacles, inside and outside of the Market. Answer visitor/tourists questions, gives directions, share information about Hualapai tourism offerings, Hualapai history and culture. Clean all windows and doors, counter tops, tables and chairs, fixtures, equipment within the market and outside patio area. Maintain custodial closets in a clean, organized and safe manner. Maintain custodial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition. Label, dilute and use all chemicals in a proper manner. Maintain cleanliness of the grounds surrounding the Market. Receive delivered products and ensure proper amount is delivered and inside each package. Once accepted unload merchandise and mark items with identifying codes as needed and stock shelves with the merchandise. Unload merchandise and mark with identifying codes, and stock shelves with unpacked and coded items. Insures all items are stored to insure first in, first out (FIFO) to maintain quality of product. Ensure all labels are clear and visible on shelves. Replenish inventory throughout the Market. Replace damaged or missing products. Work with the cashiers and management team on inventory and orders. Assist with merchandising of market. Perform other work-related duties as assigned Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to physically complete custodial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, collecting trash, cleaning windows, and maintenance of grounds. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals and ability to learn and follow proper safety and use policies and procedures. Ability to routinely walk, stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds. Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task and establish and maintain positive working relationships. Good client/customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as in support of the group effort. Ability to accept delivered products and ensure proper amount is delivered and inside each package. Ability to insure back stock is brought out to maintain stock levels on merchandise shelves and insuring FIFO is followed. Working Conditions: Position requires ability to work indoors as well as in outdoor environment occasionally. Record work orders as appropriate upon completion of projects and maintenance activities. Identify construction, maintenance and repair needs for facilities and equipment. Provide accurate estimates for labor and materials for work required. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Inspections and repairs that ensure quality and adherence to established policies and procedures, maintain equipment and supplies used for trades work. Repairing circuit breakers, replacing old switches, tracking down electrical shorts and generally ensuring the electrical systems of any building are working safely. Work on John Deere engines of various sized generators. Qualifications: Good oral communication skills. Valid Drivers License with clean driving record. Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers License or obtain one within 60 days of employment as a Maintenance Electrician. High School Diploma or GED supplemented by specialized training in the electrician trade plus four to five (4-5) years of related electrician experience, one year of lead supervisory responsibility preferred. Have a solid working knowledge of national electrical codes and safety measures.
