    Purpose within the Organization: The purpose of this position is to act as a cook using the breading area of the kitchen. You will handle raw chicken, batter the chicken and load it in the fryer for cooking. Responsibilities Related to Purpose: Provide attentive and responsive customer service. Required to prepare for service before the meal such as cleaning and stocking the area. Required to clean and sanitize workstations, counters, steam tables and other equipment. Ability to work 8-hour shifts, providing meals for up to 20 people. Ability to transport yourself to and from the Homestead in all weather conditions.
