The Grand Casino as a company offers higher wages and competitive benefits in the area. For the average Joe, this company offers a career that you cant get elsewhere in this rural area unless you work overtime in healthcare. Every department is unique and the Grand Casino as an employer cares about their employees and their wellbeing.
Nothing out of the ordinary. Just the average "bleh" manager or co-worker here and there.
I love the frequency to which they offer PTO, overtime, and holiday pay. They also give away material items semi-frequently. They ALSO are very accommodating and very happy to help!
I really think Talent and Corporate run the company well.

Yup that's pretty much it. My actual salary is ~27K Euro a year after taxes. The rest is all tips.
Wow... so many.. one time I got into a hummer which was dirty as *** and it smelt really horrible. My curiosity took over and I walked around the car and looked through the windows, in the backseat was a dead chicken lying next to a red Santa Clause suit. To this day I have no idea what the *** that was about. I didn't mention it to my boss because it was his friend's car.
