Pros of working at Grand Circle Travel

Good benefits: PTO, 5 year sabbatical, discounted travel opportunities, on-site wellness opportunities. Working with great, like-minded people.

Cons of working at Grand Circle Travel

Political atmosphere means not all have equal opportunities to succeed. Fast-paced to the point that decisions from the top are not thought through well. Lost a lot of my respect from the way Covid impact was handled (severe lack of communication, etc)
