MINISTRY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Develop and implement - in collaboration with the Lead Pastor and Strategy Team, and in alignment with HOPE Church's mission, vision, and culture-a comprehensive adult discipleship strategy that includes small groups, study classes, mentoring, and service opportunities.
