Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Mammography Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Grand Island, Nebraska. Required Qualifications:
One year's experience as a Mammography Tech
Current state license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification ( AHA/ARC )

Summary:
The Mammography Technologist implements orders from physicians and assists with procedures to help diagnose and treat breast disease in patients. They perform screenings and diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases. They ensure accurate imaging, maintain compliance with radiation safety standards, and provide compassionate care to patients. Working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams, they prioritize patient safety and comfort while maintaining high-quality imaging practices.
Essential Work Functions:
Explain procedures to patients and answer questions if they arise
Position patient appropriately for imaging procedure
Maintain medical imaging equipment, ensure machines are functioning properly, and organize the procedure room for optimal safety and efficiency
Monitor image quality during procedures, adjusting as needed to achieve diagnostic accuracy
Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare teams as necessary
Follow hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control procedures
Practice infection prevention through consistent hand hygiene, use of PPE, and isolation precautions
Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice for Mammography Technologists
Required Essential Skills:

The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend
Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism
Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail
Sensory - Must possess visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate

Qualifications:

Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity for the purposes of gaining information from suspected violators of laws to determine the appropriate course of action.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Ability to make rapid, accurate judgments and decisions with respect to the application of the regulations, instructions, and procedures for importing and exporting merchandise to and from the United States; or enforcement and administration of laws relating to the right of persons to enter, reside in or depart from the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree, or two or more years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Customs and Border Protection Officer position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
Veterans' Preference: You may also be eligible for an excepted service Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA). The age restriction does not apply if you are Veterans' Preference eligible.
Formal Training: You will be required to complete a paid pre-academy orientation for approximately two (2) weeks at your home port. You will then attend a 101-day training program - CBP Field Operations Academy - conducted at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA. This training consists of basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc. Candidates assigned to the southern border, Miami, or Puerto Rico duty locations must attend and pass an online Spanish training program, which will be completed at their home port. Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position.

General Purpose:
Responsible for proper installation of delivered merchandise. Responsible for proper and timely deliveries, relocation, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise from customers residence. Has thorough knowledge of the rental (lease) agreements, merchandise, and customer relations. Safeguards company monies obtained while in the field, property, and vehicles. Conveys information to customers and maintains a constant level of communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
Essential Duties:
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of Premier Rental-Purchase Stores Standards of Operation.
Responsible for making all deliveries, service calls, retrievals, and relocations in a timely and professional manner.
Responsible for safeguarding all monies collected while in the field.
Responsible for the proper care and movement of all merchandise in transport.
Maintain rented or leased units by making minor repairs when necessary or if major repairs are needed to transport the merchandise to our service department for repair. When the unit is repaired return the product to the customers residence promptly.
Reviews delivery spreadsheet to be sure item, model and serial numbers match the item going out on the Rental (lease) Agreement and that is being delivered.
Answers the phone by the second ring in a pleasant and professional manner.
Retrieve merchandise to be returned to store stock and relocate merchandise if the customer moves.
Carefully check rental (lease) returns and promptly refurbish to like new condition.
Follows the Premier Rental-Purchase Pledge to serve our customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handles customer service issues in a professional manner.
Other Duties:
Responsible for cleanliness of the backroom and the assigned company vehicle.
Responsible for helping receive new merchandise.
Additional duties, as time permits include:
Take customer order forms for the customers.
Verify customer order forms
Commit to achieving customer and revenue growth
Assist in store cleaning
Assists the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in obtaining daily weekly and monthly goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
Must have DOT certification (if required by law in your state).
Must complete the training program and have one year of experience in a job requiring customer contact.
Must be able to lift and carry loads up to seventy-five (75) pounds.

Efforts, Demands, and Conditions:
Work is performed in changing environments. Considerable walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting are involved. Due to the nature of the business, must determine alternate solutions and deal with the pressures of multiple activities and changes. Additional hours before or after normal business hours may be required. Frequent travel from store to store may be required.
Must be able to cope with the emotional and mental stress associated with dealing with people and situations.
Required to use a hand truck to move merchandise.
Work is normally performed in the store, in the field, and in customers homes. In the field, a variety of conditions may be encountered, including moving merchandise in wide-open spaces, level spaces, across dirt, icy, or uneven surfaces such as gravel. Stairs, wet or slippery surfaces, narrow doorways, etc. may be encountered. Requires driving in various weather conditions as well as exposure to heat, cold, dust, and other uncontrollable conditions.
Attending company or Premier Corp, Training Sessions may be necessary.
Relationships:
Requires frequent contact with customers, associates, and upper management. Occasional contact with external business associates (distributors, suppliers, service organizations, etc.) is possible. Must communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and associates.

Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements.
Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. JOB DESCRIPTION
As the RDU Subject Matter Expert, you will lead and coordinate technical and operational readiness for the Renewable Diesel Unit (RDU). You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, maintenance, safety, and procurement to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant start-up and operating unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review basis of design, interlocks, and P&IDs to get familiar with plant
Review isolation plans for equipment to ensure necessary equipment is installed
Develop normal operating, normal shut down, emergency shut down and startup procedures, including hydrocarbon purging, pressure-up sequences, and initial commissioning.
Write or refine SOPs, checklists, and forms in collaboration with PSM and operations teams.
Manage and support Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Start-Up Safety Review (PSSR) processes.
Assist in policy creation to manage unique hazards associated with the RDU, aligning with PSM, API, NFPA, and OSHA standards.
Organize and lead operator and craft training before and after startup.
Review design changes requested by supervisor
Review SOPs, checklists, and forms for area
Help to develop startup procedures
Review and assist with policy creation to consider dangers/hazards of the RDU
Help develop action item list/tracker for what is needed prior to startup and ongoing operations
Review maintenance plans for area equipment
Assist in developing list of items needed for operations (tools, review spares suggestions, etc.)
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3-5 years in refinery, chemical processing, or energy sector lead roles.
Minimum 2 years directly involved in commissioning or startup support activities.
Experience in process industry including but not limited to: renewable or bio-diesel production, steam reformation, oil and gas industry, hydro treating, and/or a PSM regulated facility.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, instrumentation interlocks, and field devices.
Experience developing startup procedures, SOPs, and checklists.
Familiarity with process safety inputs including PHA, HAZOP, MOC, and PSSR frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to relocate to Nebraska and work on site in Hastings, NE
