Neuro/Ortho/Peds
NOP is a 24-bed specialty med/surg unit. This unit sees a variety of neuro and ortho patients for scheduled procedures and trauma events as well as pediatric patients and is focused on providing quality acute care while promoting safety. The team is experienced and supportive of each other and often complimented by patients for their collaborative teamwork.
How you will contribute
A Clinical Manager (RN) who excels in this role:
Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversee proper working order and/or stock supplies.
Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary.
Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

What we are looking for

What's the role?
The Field Support Engineer II, with limited supervision, installs, repairs, upgrades and performs preventative maintenance on specified Carl Zeiss Meditec instrumentation in a designated field service territory. A+ and Net+ certification preferred.
Theoretical understanding of basic electromechanical, electronic, and optical systems.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supervises daily retail and attractions operations including gift shops, arcade, attractions, vending, etc. to ensure successful execution of all lodge safety and service standards and completion of daily tasks and assignments
Provides coaching, encouragement, and recognition to pack members regularly
Understands and champions Great Wolf policies and procedures, and collaborates with Department and Lodge leadership in performance management of the department and its Pack Members

Ensures the completion and proper communication/escalation of guest requests and other concerns to the appropriate department
Understands and participates in scheduling of staff, execution of labor management and forecasting

Maintains quality operation by ensuring service excellence, adequate inventory levels, and maintaining equipment by troubleshooting and/or calling for repairs
Assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs ensuring a safe facility that complies with all appropriate regulations--Ergonomics, Emergency Responses, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communications Programs

Responsibilities: The Director of Rehab PT is responsible for the efficient management of rehabilitation services in their assigned account(s). This position also assists in integration of rehabilitation services in all settings. The Director of Rehab PT ensures that the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered and maintained.
1. Assumes responsibility for the efficient and profitable management of rehabilitation services in assigned site(s) of service.
2. Provides direct patient care.
3. Monitors the standard of clinical services being delivered and maintained in all sites and ensures an ethical and compliant product is being delivered.
4. Operationally manages Powerback Rehabilitation personnel and consultants within facility or home care contracts.

6. Reviews monthly department and individual therapist outcomes and supports staff in identifying strategies to improve outcomes as needed.
7. Assists therapy staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and providing clinical education to meet the needs of the patient.
8. Takes responsibility for the development and support of all staff in their site to include rounding, coaching and mentoring.
9. Assumes responsibility for annual merit evaluation of therapy staff.

20. Develops and maintains relationship with facility management team and staff as a representative of Powerback Rehabilitation.
21. Ensures that the clinical management of the rehab department, including oversight related to case management, quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, and patient identification is overseen.
22. Completes monthly reports and formally reviews them with the facility administration.
23. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications: 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
6. Additionally, the Director of Rehab PT must have three years direct patient care experience and one year of management experience.
