Our In-House Marketing Representative Pre-Arrival is responsible for promoting HGV and booking qualified sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other qualified customers. The goal is to provide both customer and concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image.
Team Member Key Responsibilities:
* Responds to guests in a timely manner and represents HGV's Cultural Values.
* Maintains a positive demeanor with everyone at all times. Team members represent Hilton ON and OFF the clock. Develop professional relationships with hotel staff, and adhere to protocol standards as established by you HGV management staff.
* Each team member is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the team member is capable of performing.
* Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that meet tour site qualifications determined by the marketing managers.
* Completes required paperwork accurately and disposition is entered in CRM tool (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour.
* Confirms appointments with guests to ensure tour shows for presentation.
* Reviews production reports and notifies manager of any challenges.
* Follows gifting procedures to ensure costs are met monthly.
* Maintains established Minimum Performance Standard on monthly basis.
* Provides information to Fulfilment Department to accurately assist with offering the guest the ability to be pre-gifted as a service prior to tour.
Role Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 years of phone or face to face marketing/sales experience in the Vacation Ownership industry with a track record of success.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Internship Program provides an excellent opportunity for participants to gain experience in event social media as well as the planning, executing, and marketing of sporting events in the Dallas area. Individuals within the program should be prepared to be a key part of the team and to work directly with the Dallas Sports Commission team to ensure a successful event for all partners and attendees.
This will be a hands-on position in which the more the intern puts into the program, the more they can expect in return. The intern will be exposed to various areas of sports management and will have the opportunity to learn more about the sales, marketing, and event management process that the Sports Commission executes in order to attract events to Dallas and ensure that it is a great experience for all.
INTERNSHIP TIME FRAME:

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The person in this role will mostly operate in an office environment with frequent and consistent use of a laptop computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and cell phone. It is partly a sedentary role with extended work time sitting and using a computer with desktop accessories. There will be occasions working at off-site locations including arena, sports fields, event venues and hotels where the environment will vary. The person in this role will need to be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, twisting, stooping and reaching above and below shoulder height is required.

**Job Summary:**
The Seasonal Resort Marketing Specialist for Roundtop Mountain Resort is a critical team member for bringing to life the resort brand strategy and the guest experience. This is achieved through events and activations, partner integrations, in-resort messaging and signage, guest-facing promotional material, content capture, go-to-market support, and website ownership. The Seasonal Resort Marketing Specialist will be on the Resort Marketing Team, reporting to the Field Marketing Manager; working cross-functionally to serve as one of the on-the-ground marketing representatives at the resort.
This candidate will have a strong background as a Brand Generalist, with an ability to work cross functionally across numerous stakeholders and departments, manage multiple priorities, and work closely with internal operational departments, vendors and various town/local/community groups and organizations.

Job Summary:
The Seasonal Resort Marketing Specialist for Roundtop Mountain Resort is a critical team member for bringing to life the resort brand strategy and the guest experience. This is achieved through events and activations, partner integrations, in-resort messaging and signage, guest-facing promotional material, content capture, go-to-market support, and website ownership. The Seasonal Resort Marketing Specialist will be on the Resort Marketing Team, reporting to the Field Marketing Manager; working cross-functionally to serve as one of the on-the-ground marketing representatives at the resort.
