Pay could be better, employee input does not seem to be taken seriously, some coworkers are not friendly

I don't know about the CEO, but the leadership that I have interacted with was down to earth and understanding.

Talk to your employees on the floor on all shifts. They have constructive thoughts that will make patient experiences better.

Be honest about what you want out of the job and where you expect to see yourself in the future.

12 hour shifts allow for 3 working days and 4 days off. Health benefits start fairly quickly. Management seems to care about the individual.

Lack of communication between floors. 6 month wait for internal transfer.

Employees are like family at least up until Covid when they had to hire travelers.
