Focus on growth of teammates to include 1 on 1 coaching, providing industry best practices- experiences and lead by example. 3. Provide Coaching and leadership to level I and II teammates. Participate in team calls to assist with revenue generating ideas, regional communication for assigned coverage, coaching and mentoring specific group managers. Provide growth plans and coaching sessions that encompass a caring and trusting environment. 4. Build strong relationship with leaders across all lines of businesses. Be present in leadership regional meetings and be the Merchant Services brand ambassador. Present ongoing data around regional team performance and where there is room for improvement, provide solutions to do so. Responsible for providing updates on Monday RP calls as scheduled. Attend Merchant Services Senior Leadership meetings to provide updates on revenue growth, and as expert on specific projects. Be a key member of the assigned areas Regional President Senior Leadership meetings. 5. Analyze and execute opportunities to reduce risk and increase profitability across the Merchant Services portfolios. Attend biweekly leadership meetings. Develop and present mitigation options with Fraud team for review. Provide Merchant Services expertise from Client perspective. 6. Provide industry expertise to promote card acceptance and keep merchant services top of mind for internal and external leaders. Be seen as the senior team lead and represent the Merchant Services Relationship Management team in Quarterly reviews in Region, RP Monday night calls as well as speaking at conferences and providing insight into the Merchant Services landscape. Have a detailed understanding of the Truist Merchant Services products, platforms and processes. 7.
