Pros of working at Grande Communications ClearSource, Inc.

Challenging position, friendly department managers, experienced department managers, knowledgeable employees. Most or all the company employees were diligent in their positions, enjoyed working there and performed well.

Cons of working at Grande Communications ClearSource, Inc.

A large amount of the responsibility with little or no acknowledgement. We also had a reduction in staff without me being able to choose which of my staff members I wanted and needed to keep. They, actually RIF'd all of my staff members.
