The Community Engagement Specialist (Part-Time) will work 25-30 hours a week with a varying schedule and report to the Community Engagement Lead. Part-Time - HEALTH EDU - ADRD BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this position is to implement and promote the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) program. This is accomplished through engagement with the community to identify community needs, provide resources to people with ADRD, their caregivers, healthcare providers, and develop referral relationships.
