The Quality Manager oversees the evaluation of a finished product for quality and reliability. May assist in the development of quality control standards. This position will support a heavy civil project at Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City Beach, FL. What You Bring: * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; applicable work experience will be considered. * At least two years of relevant Engineering experience, preferably within an extrusion manufacturing environment. * Strong understanding of manufacturing flows & processes. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Solid proficiency with a variety of computer systems and software applications, including CAD and MS Office. * Sold professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization. * Solid understanding and demonstrated use of statistical controls and GD&T, related to quality. * Solid knowledge of OSHA safety standards and 6S processes. * Ability to travel up to 25%.
