Essential Job Accountabilities Prepare various reports and analysis as needed to support Payroll and Benefits. Prepare, review, and/or post journal entries for accurate recordkeeping. Prepare general ledger account analysis and reconciliation of benefits related general ledger accounts for accurate recordkeeping. Prepare monthly trust reconciliation for retirement plans in order to ensure accuracy of third party vendor reporting. Participate in preparation of retirement plan financial reports to ensure complete reporting. Participate in review of retirement plan annual tax returns to ensure accuracy of reporting. Prepare and maintain benefit accounting records for efficient access to information. Examine, review and interpret benefit accounting records to ensure accuracy. Perform special projects and additional assignments as directed to assist department management. Participate in cross training efforts in order to grow with the Payroll department.
