1. Collects, reviews, and synthesizes program, enrollment, labor market, and performance data required for grant reports.
2. Collaborates with campus leads, faculty, workforce programs, and Institutional Reporting to gather supporting documentation and verify data accuracy.
3. Drafts, edits, and formats narrative components of grant reports, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with federal and state guidelines.
4. Prepares summaries, charts, tables, and supporting materials that explain findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
5. Maintains tracking systems for data submissions, deadlines, and documentation required for reporting.
6. Ensures submitted reports meet established standards for accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
