About the Role:
As a Technical Writer for Rajant, you will work within a group of writers to deliver content for new product releases and updates. You create and curate content that helps our diverse, global audience understand and use our software and hardware products. You also help define internal processes, maintain overall content standards, and drive the evolution of our technical content for customer audiences and end users.
To succeed in this role, you must be naturally curious and collaborative, and enjoy clearly explaining complex technologies across a large product suite. You are able to deliver consistently with management supervision and guidance as part of a collegial and supportive team.
🔧 Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining user guides, product manuals, specification sheets, and technical publications
Gather technical information and prepare written text
Interview subject matter experts and create content appropriate for the target audience
Work with desktop publishing tools, image editing software, and document design applications
Participate in agile activities (daily standup, sprint planning, and sprint review) to track and share project status
Review and copyedit fellow writers' content to promote consistency and quality, and ensure documentation meets standards and guidelines
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure proper documentation approval prior to release
Contribute to and support multistage documentation projects with assistance from managers and peer writers

Duties and Responsibilities:

Senior Grants Specialist:
As a member of the advancement department of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, the senior grants specialist position develops strategy for and coordinates a comprehensive grant-seeking program to support assigned programs, which collectively deliver more than 150 services at 60 locations across an 8-county service area to more than 400,000 individuals each year. The senior grants specialist works closely with system and program directors, finance, human resources and other departments, as appropriate.
As a member of the Catholic Charities advancement team, coordinates grant activities with private/corporate foundations, as well as county, state and federal government funding opportunities. These tasks include coordination of prospect research, deadline tracking, grant proposal and report submissions, budget development, grant administration, applicable consultant oversight and related projects for the Catholic Charities advancement department.
Responsible for securing grant awards for Catholic Charities with the goal of a 20% increase year-over-year annually.
Collaborates and serves as a key liaison with Catholic Charities program leadership, caregivers, finance officers and advancement staff throughout the proposal development process, especially related to program design and outcomes.

Job Summary
This position provides advanced administrative support and coordination to up to three Program Officers ensuring that the Foundation's overall grant-making strategy is implemented effectively. This role supports GCI's dual priorities of meeting the needs and priorities of communities and residents of Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties while focusing on systems change that fuel the region's economic engine, transform historically redlined neighborhoods and shrink the wealth gap.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with and schedule meetings between Program Officers (PO) and grantees, partners, and internal teams.
Coordinate regularly scheduled internal meetings to maintain open communication and monitor initiative progress.
Identify tasks and follow-up actions; determine timelines, accountability, and priority in consultation with the manager.
Facilitate team projects by tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
Manage travel requests, expense reports, contracts, invoices, and check requests to ensure efficient workflow.
Track budgets to ensure accuracy and efficient use of resources.
Take notes for various projects, analyze and identify key themes, and create spreadsheets or charts to support POs' work.

Duties And Responsibilities
Provide guidance to Investigators/Research Team on regulations, federal and others, as they relate to sponsored award proposal development and implementation. Maintain regular contact with college level Investigators and with local leadership (Deans, Chairs, College Finance Managers, etc.), to ensure proactive management of applications. Develop, edit, and advise on administrative components of sponsored award proposals including, internal and sponsor-required budgets, justifications, biosketches current/pending and other support, required letters, subaward/subcontract documentation, and any other required documents. Create internal (Cayuse) proposal record, complete application forms, and upload documents to sponsor website. Ensure all errors/warnings are addressed. Ensures that all proposals initiated by college faculty are complete and conform to sponsor and Villanova pre-award policies prior to submission to OG&C for submission to sponsor. Prepare sponsor requested pre-award budget revisions, requests for other support/current and pending documents, Just-in-Time requests. Submit to OG&C for review and to sponsor when appropriate. Review new awards/contracts/agreements for accuracy prior to award set up. Address any changes as necessary (budget revisions). Prepare and submit advance account and/or pre-award spending requests as needed. Meet with Associate Research Dean regularly to review college portfolio, advise of issues, and help to creatively problem-solve. Track Key Personnel effort against commitments. Develop plan with PI (and others within college as appropriate) at pre-award to prepare for over-commitments. Maintain current/pending and other support documents throughout the life of the awards. Notify PIs, ADR , Chairs, and OG&C leadership of potential audit risks. Support other sponsored pre-award related activities as needed. Stays current with changes and updates in the research administration field. Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Formal Education: Bachelor's degree required Minimum Work Experience: At least 3 years' of solid experience supporting pre-award activities for grants and contracts Thorough understanding of federal grant regulations and their implementation in the higher education setting. GRANTS MANAGER
ACHIEVEability is seeking a dynamic Grants Manager who will help us to realize our mission of breaking the generational cycle of poverty for West Philadelphia families. Reporting to the Executive Director, and collaborating regularly with the Development team, the Grants Manager will identify, define and develop funding sources to support existing and planned program activities, as well as coordinate the development, writing and submission of grant proposals and reports. The position is also responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on the performance of the program activities that are funded by public and private sources.
Responsibilities
Grant Writing
· Write high-quality grant proposal narratives, applications, and prepare supporting documents for institutional, corporate and government funders.
· Manage the proposal submission process to ensure timely submission of all required materials. This includes gathering necessary information and attachments from different departments to create a competitive grants package (financials, program stats, narrative information, etc.).
· Submit all proposals through online portals or by mail, when necessary.
· Track progress of submitted applications and record outcomes in the development database.
· Maintain passwords and login information for various funders.
· Organize grant folders to ensure ease of sharing within the organization via Sharepoint and RDWeb.

Grant Planning

Project Management
· Create reports for the Board and teams regarding grant progress.

o Set up or ensure appropriate tracking systems are in place to monitor grant progress and compliance.
